Richard Smith
Founder
Richard was the founder and CEO of ARSCO and worked successfully in various fields of sales and customer service for 64 years. He and his wife, Peggy, were happily married for 58 years and lived in Bentonville, AR. They have 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Richard was a man of faith, a loving husband, father, and "Poppy," and an active member and servant of his community. His leadership, strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence in all he did, have positively affected the people around him and helped build ARSCO into what it is today.
Ashley Boman
Owner, CEO
Ashley has worked with ARSCO for 22 years. She has a background in corporate sales and client relations, as well as the health and fitness industry. Ashley has a passion for helping others, both personally and professionally. She and her husband Bud live in Bentonville, AR. They have two children and 3 beautiful granddaughters.
